A woman won the lottery and decided to give back, literally. She spent her day at the local Burlington Coat Factory and purchased items for strangers. She didn’t stop there though, when one woman asked for rent money she promptly wrote out a check. One would ask “why would she do such a thing?” the winner states she doesn’t need the money and wants to do this.
