Derek Tabb has created a program for New Orleans kids called the Roots of Music. The goal is to keep kids, 9 to 14 year olds, from going down the wrong path thru music. They meet everyday all year round. They have saved many kids and have marked in many different Mardi Gras parades. Click here to read more about the Roots of Music program.
