A seven year old raised money in West London, doing what he does best: riding his bike. He played a big role in a bike-athon to raise money for the victims of the earthquake. Becoming Clara in “Nutcracker”
This young dancer, Jody Jamerson, has never actually had a chance to watch the Nutcracker, because she has always been a part of it. She set a goal for herself to become Clara and achieved it at a very young age. As the is called for her curtain call this dancer reflects on how small she is, but what a huge role she plays in the Georgia Ballet’s show. A Very Sammie Christmas

A friend of the GNIN team has become very decidated to a family in need this holiday season. This is not your ordinary family, Samantha, 10 years old, has cerebral palsy and pervasive development disorder. Due to her problems and hard economic times, her family has had a more difficult time than most, this past year. With the holidays right around the corner it would be great if an entire community of people could give a little something to this family. It’s hard to stay positive when life takes you in other directions, but thats what these parents have to do for their children. What if someone could remind them, they are not alone, and people do care?
Aaron McHugh of Pendell Mental Health Hospital is accepting donations to ensure this family has a memorable holiday and keep their hope for the future strong. Aaron is raising money for a swingset for this family’s yard. This will give Samantha a chance to swing and just feel like a kid. Donations of any amount are being accepted. Let’s make this holiday season great for everyone, as we are all in this together.

Woman Passes 950th Driving Test
Mrs. Cha, of South Korea, has finally passed her driving test. After over $4,000 in application fees, almost 5 years and 949 tries she is finally a licensed driver. She never accepted defeat and continued to work hard to achieve her goal. Click here to read more about this particular driving exam.

Australian Girl Makes Sailing Bid
A 16 year old girl from down under is attempting to be the youngest person to sail around the world. The record holder currently is a 17 year old male. A 13 year old girl in Holland attempted to take this journey but authorities urged her not too. Despite the obvious hurdles of this journey, this young lady’s family insists she is more than capable.
